The Summit @ Topsl - Located at the highest point of the Tops'l Resort, the units at Tops'l - Summit offer panoramic views of the wildlife preserve and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Each unit provides fully equipped kitchens, large dining and living areas, a large master suite with a private balcony and master bath. In addition, there is a washer and dryer in each unit. All this and the world's whitest beaches are only 150 yards away! The Tides @ Topsl - The "Newest" addition to Tops'l Beach & Racquet the Tides rises 15-stories above the sugar-white dunes and exemplifies the finest in elegant resort living directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the majestic views from the spacious two and three bedroom condominiums. All units in The Tides are well appointed and feature fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer and oversized, private balconies overlooking the Gulf, pool or dunes. Non-smoking rooms available. Beach Manor @ Topsl - Directly on the Gulf of Mexico, the Beach Manor is literally a resort within a resort. It features two and three bedroom condominiums with tasteful interiors, some with fireplace and whirlpool; covered parking, a heated pool, oversized hot tub, plus its own fitness and meeting rooms. The Beach Manor is also conveniently located. A short stroll on the beach boardwalk will take you to the Tides pool area, Pavilion, watersport rental hut and, of course, our magnificent beach. The intimate balconies of the Beach Manor are a place you'll want to linger time and time again, over morning coffee or evening cocktails. |

Turn right on SR-368, SR-390-Alt and go West for 1.9 miles. Turn right on US-98 and go West for 44 miles. Turn right on Ivory Court and go North for 300 feet. Turn left on Indigo Loop and go West for 0.4 miles. Continue on Emerald Bay Drive and go Southwest for 600 feet. Turn left on US Highway 98, State Highway 30 and go East for 0.5 miles to Old Highway 98 and follow to the property. | |||
